JANUARY 2007 MISSION IN (NORTH OF) IRELAND AND ENGLAND

The Catholic faith is a fountain of charismas and it shines like a sun as we move through the different branches of the church, through the different cultures, languages, nationalities etc. God has a unique way of manifesting His Glory in every one of these forms. In every one of these, we could call spiritual faces of the same image created by God in all of us and in the church itself as a mystical body.

Coming back to Belfast is always for me a great learning experience in the faith. I have been learning about the enormous battles of Catholics here to maintain the faith alive in a very hostile protestant environment that traditionally has been bloody throughout the years since the madness of Henry the VIII against the Catholics  that was unleashed a few centuries ago.

There is so much that has to be healed in every heart. A great wound has been inflicted in the heart and soul of the body of the Catholic church of this part of Ireland. The new breed of Catholics that I find now, are fighting sincerely to overcome all of these matters with love and tenacity. They know that it will be the only way for the church to raise its head and walk confidently again without fear and without hate. The Catholics of this part of the world have been so oppressed by the enemy of the Church, a protestant free masonry force, savage, cruel, and as evil as it could possibly be. They have been shy because they lived without a voice as second class citizens for a long time. They have martyrs in their families, many martyrs. The parish where I was attending mass daily while in Belfast, had been burnt to the ground just two years ago by a gang of protestant masons called "the orange man" and a few blocks down from that same church, a young boy of 15 years of age was murdered by yet another one of those protestant gangs.

One will not believe these news if one hears them abroad from somebody else; it sounds like something out of the middle ages, but the truth is that the evil that Martin Luther, Calvin, and Henry the VIII began during the reformation is so immense, that not only has that led to the murder of thousands of Catholics from very holy families throughout the years, but has given birth to a middle of the road Christianity completely watered down from all of the sacred traditions, from Divine Liturgy, to all sources of sacredness lived by the church under the direct inspiration of the Holy Spirit for 1500 years prior to this monstrosity of the reformation. That is why today we have the "magical American TV evangelist"; the miracle makers, who take masses of people in the name of Jesus and place them under a hysterical mantle of magic and produce healings and promises of material wealth and material abundance from the fountain of a god that wants everybody to succeed in this earthly life. The most appealing propositions are for people that are more pagans than Christians that are only looking for temporary benefits, not much different than the apostles before they received the Holy Spirit, who were asking Jesus to sit them on the right and the left of His Throne. Earthly beings far from being spiritual, people of the flesh that have no sense of a real Christianity, of a real spirituality and all of this because the rebellion of a few Catholics that lost the north of God during that reformation period.

But we are here today and we have to face our present and pray and work to build a better Christianity for the future Catholics. It is our duty, our mission, to ask God through our Lord Jesus, to heal all of these wounds and to deliver the millions of Christians that were deceived by the rebels of the reformation and divided the church.

I preached a wonderful retreat in a convent in the outskirts of Belfast. It was a weekend retreat, very anointed and filled with joy. We all left there blessed and radiant in hope. We have a God of goodness and compassion like we couldn't possibly put in words.

Let's pray for the Catholics in the (North of) Ireland, so that we support them in their daily struggles with an enemy that only grows more and more hostile and that being obviously inspired by Satan, won't cease to persecute the people of God. But with the interception of our Lady the Virgin Mary, Saint Michael the Archangel and all the army of angels and saints of each one of our personal devotions, we'll be able to overcome this evil and free our people from this fierce persecution.

ENGLAND MISSION

I came to London after Belfast to do some professional recordings of some of my talks under the sponsorship of a renowned magazine editor who is willing to support my mission by spreading the recorded and film material of my talks throughout many places. May God bless his soul for wanting to take the Gospel to many hearts and souls.

I have given a few talks at some local churches and will travel to Wales to do a few venues before departing to a mission in Italy. I'll be coming back to mission in England for the whole month of July God willing.
